All the pasta on our menu is handmade in our small kitchen, following traditional artisanal methods. The ravioli and malloreddus are prepared according to recipes passed down from Grandma. The culurgiones, a symbol of Sardinian tradition, are entirely produced by us, handcrafted one by one in accordance with the Ogliastra recipe.
Our main courses are prepared exclusively with meat selected from local butchers. Each dish represents the genuineness and craftsmanship of the meats.
Our side dishes come from local farms, selected for their quality and respect for the land.
Made in our little kitchen, which we affectionately call Grandma Rosa's House, our desserts are prepared following the authentic recipes handed down by her, to offer a sweet and welcoming experience, just like the one Grandma used to give us.
All our wines come from very small selected wineries that practice artisan cultivation with great attention to quality and respect for the territory.
Our beers are all craft-produced and come from a small brewery in the Czech Republic, which follows traditional methods and uses carefully selected raw materials.

The Artisan's Wine is a wine created specifically for us. Made up of 70% Bovale Sardo and 30% indigenous red grape varieties, this wine expresses the tradition and passion of Sardinia.
On the nose, it features notes of . On the palate, it is balanced and smooth, with soft tannins and good persistence. A wine that reflects the craftsmanship and authenticity of the territory.
Color ruby transparent, immediate notes of graphite and then small fruits (raspberry) and a sulfurous spiciness. Magnificent in its softness, round, with a spiciness that lingers in the mouth, very pleasant.
It won the Gold Medal at the "Grenaches" World competition and was ranked as one of the best Sardinian wines of 2025 with a score of 98.5 out of 100.

The Traccia, an artisanal wine made from pure Cagnulari grapes, stands out for its intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The Tenebras is a still red wine produced by Cantina Animas, a small artisanal winery in Sardinia. Made from a blend of Cannonau, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, it stands out for its carmine red color and notes of red fruits, coffee, and licorice. On the palate, it is balanced, with soft tannins and a long finish.
It has received prestigious awards, including Gold Medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2023, Gold Medal at the International Vermentino Competition, and Ranked first as "drinking" wine in 2024 with 98 points out of 100.
Produced by the small winery of Alessandro Bocca in Dorgali, this vermentino has a straw yellow color that leans towards gold, notes of ripe peach and apricot, gentian, almond. On the palate, it is full, decidedly vibrant, round, with a freshness of great balance. The aromatic fruity note returns on the palate offering sweetness. A dream wine.
A rare white Sardo, born among the hills of Goceano. Elegant and fragrant, it reveals notes of ripe fruit, white flowers, and a hint of almond. Fresh, savory, and surprisingly persistent.
This wine, made from Granatza grapes, presents itself with its classic amber straw yellow and owes its elegant Mediterranean style to the unique microclimate of its lands. Important structure, high acidity with citrus notes, on the nose almond blossom and white pepper, persistent in the finish.
The Ramene from Cantina Alessandro Bocca is presented with an elegant copper color, inspired by the name of the wine. This Cannonau di Sardegna Rosato DOC is made from 100% Cannonau grapes, a native Sardinian variety. On the nose, it offers notes of fresh red fruits, such as strawberry and cherry, accompanied by delicate floral nuances.
Bitzosu is a wine with low alcohol content, a fine and persistent bubble, with aromas and fragrances typical of the variety that composes it, the Vermentino.

A masterpiece of craftsmanship, the result of selecting the best raw materials and a production process that combines tradition and innovation. Thanks to fermentation in an open room and a long aging process in the lager cellar, this craft pilsner offers a unique beer experience, fresh and refined.
A meeting of two worlds: lager and IPA. This light infused beer combines Czech hops in the brewery and American varieties for the dry hopping, creating an unmistakable flavor of American hops. Unfiltered, with a gold-copper hue and a rich foam, it is incredibly drinkable, although at first it may seem surprising.
The beer "Antammos" is easy to drink, with an aromatic and elegant profile,characterized by a pronounced but balanced bitterness. Among the aromas, the malty profile stands out(bread crust, wildflower honey) with herbal, floral, and spicy notes from the hops. The foam has medium persistence.
