Prepared following the one and authentic recipe of Culurgiones Ogliastrini, dated 1811, are specially made for us by a small Artisanal Pasta Factory in Cardedu, in the heart of Ogliastra, the motherland of this extraordinary product.
Made from simple and genuine ingredients such as potatoes, garlic, mint and cheese, the culurgiones are made following ancient recipes passed down from generation to generation. This tradition, combined with impeccable quality, has made the Culurgiones of this small Pasta Factory famous for their goodness, so much so that they have recently been recognized as the best culurgiones in the world.
For this reason, with full conviction, we can tell you that the culurgiones of the Artisan are truly the N°1 in Italy.
All the pasta on our menu is handmade in our small kitchen, following traditional artisan methods. The ravioli and malloreddus are prepared with recipes passed down from Grandma. The culurgiones, a symbol of Sardinian tradition, are made by a small artisan pasta shop in Cardedu, which passionately preserves the art of fresh pasta.
Our main courses are prepared exclusively with meat selected from local butchers. Each dish represents the genuineness and craftsmanship of the meats.
Our side dishes come from local organic farms, selected for their quality and respect for the land.
Made in our small kitchen, which we affectionately call Grandma Rosa's House, our desserts are prepared following the authentic recipes passed down from her, to offer a sweet and warm experience, just like the one Grandma used to give us.
All our wines come from very small selected wineries that practice artisan cultivation with great attention to quality and respect for the territory.
Our beers are all craft-produced and come from a small brewery in the Czech Republic, which follows traditional methods and uses carefully selected raw materials.

The Artisan's Wine is a wine created specifically for us. Composed of 70% Bovale Sardo and 30% indigenous red grape varieties, this wine expresses the tradition and passion of Sardinia.
On the nose, it features notes of . On the palate, it is balanced and smooth, with soft tannins and good persistence. A wine that reflects the craftsmanship and authenticity of the territory.
Color ruby transparent, immediate notes of graphite and then small fruits (raspberry) and a sulfurous spiciness. Magnificent in its softness, round, with a spiciness that lingers in the mouth, very pleasant.
It won the Gold Medal at the "Grenaches" World competition and was ranked as one of the best Sardinian wines of 2025 with a score of 98.5 out of 100.
Wine with a red purple color, with balsamic notes on the nose, velvety tannins, and an enveloping taste. It expresses its best after two years in the bottle. Elegant and smooth, it pays homage to the journey in Sardinia narrated in "Sea and Sardinia Obtained from 80% Bovale Sardo (Muristellu) and 20% native red grape varieties.

The Tenebras is a still red wine produced by Cantina Animas, a small artisanal winery from Sardinia. On the palate, it is balanced, with soft tannins and a long persistence.

Produced by the small winery of Alessandro Bocca in Dorgali, this vermentino has a straw yellow color that leans towards gold, with notes of ripe peach, apricot, gentian, and almond. On the palate, it is full, decidedly vibrant, round, with a freshness of great balance. The aromatic fruity note returns on the palate, offering sweetness. A dream wine.

The Ramene from Cantina Alessandro Bocca is presented with an elegant copper color, inspired by the name of the wine. This Cannonau di Sardegna Rosato DOC is made from 100% Cannonau grapes, a native Sardinian variety. On the nose, it offers notes of fresh red fruits, such as strawberry and cherry, accompanied by delicate floral nuances.
Bitzosu is a wine with low alcohol content, a fine and persistent bubble, with aromas and fragrances typical of the variety that composes it, the Vermentino.

A masterpiece of craftsmanship, the result of selecting the finest raw materials and a production process that combines tradition and innovation. Thanks to open fermentation and a long aging process in the lager cellar, this craft pilsner offers a unique, fresh, and refined beer experience.
A meeting of two worlds: lager and IPA. This light beer infused combines Czech hops in the brewery and American varieties for the dry hopping, creating an unmistakable flavor of American hops. Unfiltered, with a gold-copper hue and a rich foam, it is incredibly drinkable, although at first it may seem surprising.
The beer "Antammos" is easy to drink, with an aromatic and elegant profile,characterized by a strong but balanced bitterness. Among the aromas, the malty profile stands out(bread crust, wildflower honey) with herbal, floral, and spicy notes from the hops. The foam has medium persistence.
