Our appetizers reflect the craftsmanship that sets us apart. The raw ingredients, such as organic meats and cheeses selected from local producers, are processed and prepared directly by us to offer fresh, authentic, and high-quality dishes.
Prepared following the unique and authentic recipe of Culurgiones Ogliastrini, dated 1811, they are specially crafted for us by a small Artisanal Pasta Factory in Cardedu, in the heart of Ogliastra, the homeland of this extraordinary product.
Made with simple and genuine ingredients such as potatoes, garlic, mint and cheese, the culurgiones are made following ancient recipes passed down from generation to generation. This tradition, combined with impeccable quality, has made the Culurgiones from this small Pasta Factory famous for their deliciousness, so much so that they were recently recognized as the best culurgiones in the world.
For this reason, with full conviction, we can tell you that the culurgiones from Artigiano are truly the No. 1 in Italy.
All the pasta on our menu is handmade in our small kitchen, following traditional artisanal methods. The ravioli and malloreddus are prepared using recipes passed down from Nonna. The culurgiones, a symbol of Sardinian tradition, are prepared by the small artisanal pasta factory Orrù of Cardedu, which passionately preserves the art of fresh pasta.
Our main courses are prepared exclusively with meat selected from local organic slaughterhouses. Each dish represents the authenticity and craftsmanship of the meats.
Our side dishes come from local organic farms, selected for their quality and respect for the land.
Made in our small kitchen, which we affectionately call Grandma Rosa's House, our desserts are prepared following the authentic recipes passed down by her, to offer a sweet and welcoming experience, just like the one Grandma used to give us.
All our wines come from very small wineries carefully selected, which practice artisanal cultivation with great attention to quality and respect for the land.
Our beers are all craft-produced and come from a small brewery in the Czech Republic, which follows traditional methods and uses carefully selected raw ingredients.

Our Summer Cocktail-Dessert, designed to replace the classic sorbet with something more rich and authentic. A mix of intense and natural flavors, crafted to offer a truer taste compared to industrial sorbets. It’s perfect after dinner, to end the evening with a sweet, fresh, and enveloping touch.
The Artisan's Wine is a wine created specifically for us. Made up of 70% Bovale Sardo and 30% native red grape varieties, this wine embodies the tradition and passion of Sardinia.
On the nose, it reveals notes of ripe red fruits and subtle spicy nuances. On the palate, it is balanced and smooth, with soft tannins and good persistence. A wine that reflects the craftsmanship and authenticity of the region.
Transparent ruby color, immediate notes of graphite and then small fruits (raspberry) and a sulfurous spiciness. Magnificent in its softness, round, with a spiciness that returns in the mouth, very pleasant.
It won the Gold Medal at the "Grenaches of the World" competition and was ranked as one of the best Sardinian wines of 2025 with a score of 98.5 out of 100.
Cannonau wine that undergoes 12 months of aging in a temperature-controlled steel tank, or 12 months in 500-liter French oak tonneaux, followed by additional bottle aging. This process gives it the typical aromas and flavors of Cannonau grapes, with complex and evolved nuances.

This is a red wine with an intense ruby color, often featuring garnet reflections. On the nose, it releases complex aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, and balsamic notes, with a slightly mineral undertone.
On the palate, it is structured, smooth, and harmonious, with well-integrated tannins and good persistence.

The Traccia, an artisanal wine made from pure Cagnulari grapes, stands out for its intense ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it offers notes of ripe red fruits, with hints of delicate spices, floral notes, aromatic herbs, and nuances of fruit and jam. On the palate, it is a wine with good body and solid structure, featuring soft tannins and a long persistence.
The Traccia has received several prestigious awards, including the Gold Medal at the International Vermentino Competition, Ranked first as a "drinkable" wine in 2024 with 98 points out of 100, and Gold Medal at the Grenaches du Monde Competition.
The Tenebras is a still red wine produced by the Cantina Animas, a small artisanal Sardinian winery. Made from a blend of Cannonau, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, it stands out for its carmine red color and notes of red fruits, coffee, and licorice. On the palate, it is balanced, with soft tannins and a long finish.
It has received prestigious awards, including Gold Medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2023, Gold Medal at the International Vermentino Competition, and Ranked first as a "drinkable" wine in 2024 with 98 points out of 100.
Produced by the small winery Alessandro Bocca of Dorgali, this Vermentino features a straw-yellow color and delicate aromas of citrus and flowers. On the palate, it is fresh, light and has a harmonious and dry finish.
A rare Sardinian white, born among the hills of Goceano. Elegant and fragrant, it reveals notes of ripe fruit, white flowers, and a hint of almond. Fresh, savory, and surprisingly persistent.
The Ramene from Cantina Alessandro Bocca features an elegant copper color, inspired by the wine's name. This Cannonau di Sardegna Rosato DOC is made 100% from Cannonau grapes, a native Sardinian variety. On the nose, it offers notes of fresh red fruits, such as strawberry and cherry, accompanied by delicate floral nuances.
Bitzosu is a wine with low alcohol content, a fine and persistent bubble, with aromas and fragrances typical of the variety it is made from, the Vermentino.

A masterpiece of craftsmanship, the result of selecting the finest ingredients and a production process that combines tradition and innovation. Thanks to open-room fermentation and a long aging process in the lager cellar, this artisanal pils offers a unique beer experience, fresh and refined.
A meeting of two worlds: lager and IPA. This pale infused beer combines Czech hops in the brewery and American varieties for dry hopping, creating an unmistakable American hop flavor. Unfiltered, with a gold-copper hue and a rich foam, it is incredibly drinkable, even if it might seem surprising at first.
The beer "Antammos" is easy to drink, with an aromatic and elegant profile,characterized by a pronounced yet balanced bitterness. Among the aromas, the malty profile stands out(bread crust, wildflower honey) with herbal, floral, and spicy notes from the hops. The foam has medium persistence.
