The Sumarone is an intense and enveloping red wine, made from Susumaniello grapes grown in the heart of Salento, one of the most renowned areas of Puglia for producing wines with character. The name “Sumarone” refers to the donkey, a symbol of strength, resilience, and authenticity: qualities that fully reflect the personality of this wine.

Visually, it presents a deep ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it releases intense aromas of ripe red fruits – cherry, blackberry, and plum – accompanied by spicy notes and light balsamic nuances.

On the palate, it is full-bodied, smooth, and velvety, with a perfect balance between freshness and silky tannins. The finish is long and persistent, with hints of ripe fruit and sweet spices.

Perfectly paired with grilled meats, roasts, game, and aged cheeses, but also ideal as a meditation wine.
