The taroz are a dish from the Valtellinese peasant tradition, consisting of a sort of rustic but coarse purée made from potatoes, green beans, melted butter, and onion, all blended with Casera DOP.

Our Cassoeula has become a fixed appointment every January, and since the spots fly away in an instant each time, we have decided to dedicate more evenings to it.
