Our Zuppa Inglese is made following the original Emilian recipe, an iconic dessert that has its roots in the tradition of our families. Prepared with soft sponge cake soaked in the unmistakable Alkermes, and enriched with layers of velvety creams – pastry cream and cocoa – it is a dessert that perfectly embodies the sweetness and richness of the flavors of our land.We have decided to offer Zuppa Inglese continuously on our menu, rather than on rotation, precisely to keep this Emilian tradition alive. It is a dessert that has often been lost over time, despite being for generations the pride of our grandmothers' and aunts' tables, particularly in the Piacenza area. Our grandmother and the Piacenza aunt prepared it with care, following ancient techniques passed down from generation to generation, and we want to honor this story by bringing back to light a typical recipe that is today too often forgotten.
Our Tiramisù is an everlasting dessert, always present on the menu to satisfy those who love the authentic flavors of tradition. Prepared with a soft cream made of mascarpone, cream, and eggs (all pasteurized ingredients), it gently envelops the Pavesini soaked in coffee, creating a perfect balance between the velvety sweetness and the strong character of the coffee.On the occasion of the Christmas holidays, our tiramisù gets dressed up for the celebration: the classic mascarpone cream meets soft layers of pandoro, for a version that celebrates Christmas with taste and refinement. A special dessert to make every festive moment unique!
